Side & door glass replacement in Tacoma
Door glass, quarter glass and vent glass are tempered — when they break they shatter into thousands of pebbles that end up in the door cavity, the seat rails and the carpet. Replacing the pane is half the job; getting the rest of it out is the other half.
Break-in and vandalism cleanup
Most side glass calls come after a break-in. We vacuum the door cavity itself, not just what you can see — the fragments left inside are what chew up a window regulator and rattle for the next two years.
If it is going to rain before we can get there, tape plastic sheeting over the opening from the outside and leave the window switch alone.
